For that reason the standard package includes photographic coverage for the entire day. This ensures that every moment can be captured as the wedding day unfolds - from the early stages of the bride’s preparation, throughout the ceremony and late into the reception. No staged cake cutting or bridal waltz. Everything is genuine and captured forever as it occurs on the day.

Many brides say that their day passes in the blink of an eye with everything just a blur and their memories  hazy, particularly when  looking through the photos. Becoming emotional is not uncommon when first shown their beautiful wedding album. Those key moments from walking down the aisle to the first kiss as husband and wife happen too quickly to fully appreciate them.

My wedding photography style is a fusion of the popular candid photojournalism and the elegant ‘classic traditional’. There are no “shot limits” and most weddings result in the taking of 600-900 photographs. Couples love this limitless contemporary blend as I seek to capture different perspectives of their wedding; from the unusual and often quirky moments during the festivities to the individual love and joy expressed on their special day. My aim is always to produce unique images with a chic, stylish and elegant look with minimal intrusion to the day.

With over 30 years experience, my guarantee of  a successful outcome every time, is demonstrated by my repertoire of stunning wedding photographs captured in various situations. As an experienced photographer with over 700 completed weddings my attention to detail is enhanced by my empathetic interaction with a couple. Meeting with them many months before the wedding and developing a rapport is essential to understanding the expectations they have for their special day.  

Based in Canberra, I undertake wedding photography throughout the region and on request will travel interstate and overseas. Please enquire about my modest travel fee if you’re planning an “out of town” wedding.

After the wedding day is over the ‘other’ work begins in the studio where magic touches are applied. This is what brings the captured images to life. Applying my Photoshop skills as an artist, each single image will be reviewed; corrected if necessary and sometimes enhanced using multiple artistic effects to create a lifetime of beautiful memories visually represented in the captured  beauty of the day
